School Stakeholder Groups and their Members

Local Governing Boards form an important part in the overall governance structure of the Trust. They are focused on the interests of the individual schools and include parent and staff representatives.

Hull Collaborative Academy Trust Governance

THE LOCAL GOVERNING BOARD FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING AREAS:-

· Premises, health and safety

· Community engagement

· Safeguarding

· Special educational needs and disabilities

· Attendance

· Behaviour

· HCAT Signature

· Staff CPD (As approved by the Board of Trustees Sept 2020.)

COMPOSITION OF LOCAL GOVERNING BOARD

The composition of each school Local Governing board is at the discretion of the trustees, whose main concern is to ensure the Local Governing board is effective in their role.
